Feels like I have inhabited many cities within the past 5 years; Oakland, San Francisco, NYC, Portland...what's next? Below is a new piece titled "City winds". Above every cityscape the wind still howls, comes in colors too -- Some brilliant, some dull. The breeze cuts through commercialized air as if nothing was there in the first place. Go breathe it someday.

This piece below titled "Jackrabbit Suddenly" was made just a few days ago. When I lived in the desert as a young fool, I frequently drove down a dusty old road that lead to my house. While on this road late at night there would literally be dozens of jackrabbits sprinting and dashing all over the place. Often times I would drive and sorta "chase" these spastic little bunnies. My intent was never ever to run them over, just kind of make them move in and out of my headlight field. They were fast, EXTREMELY fast, and agile too -- if you were to hit one, well, I guess you were a pretty agile driver yourself, 'cause these things were too smart to be hit. When I finally arrived home there would be like 5 more jackrabbits just sitting around on the lawn staring at me. They were eerie in this state, and I would hustle out of my car and run to the front door. Lord knows what they had in mind, or what they did out there in the front yard long after I was asleep. To my old friends, the jackrabbits; good jumping to be had by all.
